Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Rahma Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of herbal wellness products, all sales are final.
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered items.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, packaging, and your order number.
Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
Rahma Wellness reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet these requirements.
